We had the incredible opportunity to work alongside Martin Thomas Associates on the lighting design aspect of the recent Kew Gardens Orangery renovation project.
Built in 1761 by Sir William Chambers, the orangery was originally designed to be used to overwinter exotic fruits.
This grade Ⅰ listed building now serves as a tearoom and function facility for the millions of visitors to Kew Gardens each year.
At over 36 metres in length, our versatile Edge system was the perfect solution to illuminate this wonderful building, providing uplighting, direct lighting as well as spot lights and emergency lighting.
It's a project we are extremely proud to have been a part of. How incredible does this historic building look after its renovation.
